This page explains what happens to information you leave on milosnovakovic.com. The site is run by Miloš Novaković, Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia. Write to [email protected] with any question about your data.

The contact form

When you send the form, I receive your name, email address, business or website if you give it, and your message. I use them only to answer you. Nothing is stored on this website.

To deliver the message, it passes through these services:

• Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form and checks that the sender is not a robot (Turnstile).
• Resend delivers the message to my inbox.
• Google (Gmail) is where the email is kept.
• Telegram sends me a notification with the same message.

I keep the email as long as we are in contact and for my business records after that. Ask me and I will delete it, unless the law requires me to keep it.

Booking a call

The booking link opens Cal.com. What you enter there is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and I receive the booking details.

Visitor counts

I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you across sites, so this site has no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I have about you, and you can object to how I use it. If you think I handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs) or to the authority in your own country.
